An exploration into the effects of sun damage and the significance of sunscreen application, shown through modified ultraviolet-sensitive cameras. After months of lighting design and rigging, our team created a unique UV grid that enabled us to capture damage hidden to the naked eye amongst several participants.
The rig was created with an array of UV bulbs that surround the talent, and that combined with the IR modified cameras gave us the ability to see an image we never knew was possible in camera.
